Viewing a flatshare

For landlords, this is your opportunity to show off your flatshare.  Make yourself available to show all possible tenants around and be prepared to be asked questions about the property, local services and the rent and deposits.  If there are existing flatmates, try to arrange a viewing when they will be in so that the potential new tenant can meet them.

For tenants, this is your opportunity to view the property and show the landlord that you are a responsible person.  A landlord is looking for someone that they can confidently trust to live in their flat, so be punctual and presentable as first impressions count.
